Job Description

As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various programs for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging activities and therapy programs tailored to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to program management
  • Supervising and training program staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care and support
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and making adjustments when necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Gerontology, etc.)
  • Experience in program management, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
