Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate and personalized nursing care to our residents
  • Administering medication, treatments, and therapies as per physician instructions
  • Monitoring and assessing the health conditions of residents
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards
  • Supporting and educating families on resident care and rehabilitation processes

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in the role of Registered Nurse (RN), you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Valid RN license in Maryland, US
  2. Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing
  3. Proven experience in geriatric and aging care
