Job Description

As a licensed mental health therapist at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our residents. You will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and dementia. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes for our residents.
