What Does an Early Intervention Specialist Do?

As an Early Intervention Specialist, your primary role will be to assess, plan, and implement specialized interventions for seniors experiencing physical, cognitive, or emotional limitations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and provide support to our residents, helping them achieve the highest level of independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the needs of elderly individuals and develop appropriate care plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is delivered
