Responsibilities

  • Assessing patients' health conditions and developing individual care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and implement effective care
  • Providing emotional support and maintaining a compassionate and comforting environment
  • Educating patients and their families about health conditions and self-care techniques
  • Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Experience in geriatric care is preferred
