Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing therapy services to individuals in both group settings and one-on-one sessions
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in early intervention techniques

Requirements

To be considered for the Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field
  • Valid state license/certification
  • Fluency in both English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays or disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
