Job Description
As an LPN at Country Lawn, you will work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assessing residents' health conditions and documenting observations
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred
