About the Position

As a Group Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and behavior
  • Assisting with light housekeeping duties

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We provide thorough training to all new hires to ensure they are confident and capable in their role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
