Responsibilities

  • Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct care to residents as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and document residents' physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Valid and current licensed vocational nurse (LVN) license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience working in a geriatric care setting is preferred
