Job Responsibilities

As an LPN at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in the overall care and support of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs of residents
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents at all times
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of geriatric care
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
