About the Position

As a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies for residents experiencing cognitive, physical, or emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct intervention services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Document and maintain accurate records of interventions and progress
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for enhancing residents' quality of life

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Intervention, Special Education, or a related field
  2. Bilingual proficiency in English and [required language]
  3. Experience working with elderly individuals, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
