Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Kimwell Nursing Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting resident's health status
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care

Job Requirements

To qualify for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Kimwell Nursing Home, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Louisiana
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
