Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Coordinate and participate in recreational programs and social activities.
  • Administer medications and assist with medical appointments.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and ensure individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress and daily activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous experience in a direct support or caregiving role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic medical and emergency procedures.
