Job Description

As an Application Systems Manager at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in our organization's operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our application systems, ensuring their seamless integration to improve efficiency and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the application systems team, providing guidance and support in all aspects of system development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and prioritize projects.
  • Design, develop, and test application systems to meet organizational goals and address user needs.
  • Manage and monitor system performance, ensuring stability and data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications
