Job Description

As a Program Director at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Health - Geriatric and Aging Care programs. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for residents
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Supervising and training a team of dedicated healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize resident care
  • Monitoring program outcomes and making necessary adjustments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
  2. Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong knowledge of Geriatric and Aging Care best practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
