Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors? At Kimwell Nursing Home, we are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Stillwater, MN, US. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our elderly residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor residents' health
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Engage residents in recreational activities and exercises
  • Document residents' progress and report any changes to the nursing staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus
