- Document and track resident participation and progress

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living facility
- Passionate about working with seniors and improving their quality of life
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
