Responsibilities of a Program Services Clinical Coordinator

As a Program Services Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing innovative clinical programs to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of care while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate resident care goals.
  • Providing education and training to staff members to enhance their clinical skills.
  • Monitoring program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to optimize resident outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Program Services Clinical Coordinator, the following qualifications are essential:

  1. A degree in nursing or a related field with a valid state license.
  2. Prior experience in a clinical coordination or management role.
  3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
