Responsibilities

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Facilitating effective communication between different departments
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to drive decision-making
  • Supporting the CEO in building relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of success in a leadership position
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An understanding of the geriatric and aging care industry
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
