Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse

Kimwell Nursing Home is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia
