Requirements
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kansas City, MO, US.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or a related healthcare field.
- Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a solid understanding of geriatric and aging care principles and practices.
