Job Description

As a Mentor Recruiter at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting talented individuals to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or geriatric care industry.
