Job Responsibilities and Requirements

As an LVN at Kimwell Nursing Home, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions
  • Providing direct nursing care and assistance to residents
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Ensuring documentation and charting are accurate and up-to-date

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid LVN license in the state of Texas
  • Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
