At Kimwell Nursing Home, we are currently hiring for the role of Direct Care Staff in Stillwater, MN, US. This position offers a rewarding career opportunity for individuals passionate about providing the highest level of care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
