Responsibilities of a Clinical Manager

As a Clinical Manager at Kimwell Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assessing the needs of residents and developing personalized care plans
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents
  • Implementing quality improvement initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and providing input on resident care

We are looking for a compassionate and organized individual with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in geriatric care, as well as a proven track record in managing a clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a geriatric care setting
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
