Responsibilities of a Behavioral Health Technician

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' mental and emotional well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and supervision to residents with behavioral health needs.
  • Assisting with day-to-day activities, including personal care, meal support, and medication administration.
  • Implementing and documenting individualized care plans.
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' behavior or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic interventions.

Requirements for the Position
