The Role of a Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Helping residents with mobility and transferring
  • Administering medications under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to the nursing team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for the Certified Nursing Assistant position at Kimwell, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Valid CNA certification in the state of Nevada
  • High school diploma or equivalent
