Responsibilities

As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health and medical history
  • Developing personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Providing clinical expertise and guidance to the nursing staff
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans
  • Implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal resident outcomes
  • Participating in the continuous education and training of staff
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in Geriatric and Aging Care
  • Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications

To be considered for the Clinical Specialist position, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. A valid nursing license in the state of Texas
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Geriatric and Aging Care
  3. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
