Responsibilities

As the In Home Support Program Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the In Home Support Program
  • Developing and implementing care plans for clients
  • Assessing clients' needs and coordinating appropriate services
  • Providing ongoing training and support to the care team
  • Monitoring the quality of care provided and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare industry
  • A strong understanding of geriatric care and aging-related issues
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
  • A valid nursing license in the state of Arizona
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (preferred)
