Role and Responsibilities

As the Rehabilitation Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the rehabilitation services department. Your main duties will include:

  • Supervising a team of skilled therapists and support staff
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance the delivery of care
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions and making necessary adjustments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a therapist
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation techniques
