In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing early intervention services to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.

As a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Your expertise in early intervention techniques will be utilized to assess, identify, and address any developmental delays or disabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective coordination of care and provide ongoing support and education to families.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist at Kimwell Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assessing residents' developmental needs and abilities

Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or a related field
  • Valid certification or licensure in Early Intervention or a similar specialization
  • Fluency in both English and a second language
  • Previous experience working in an early intervention setting
  • Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and disabilities
