At Kimwell Nursing Home, we take pride in offering the finest geriatric and aging care services in Modesto, California. Our Adult Day Program, in partnership with California MENTOR, is designed to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals in need of specialized care during the day.

Comprehensive Adult Day Program

Our Adult Day Program caters to seniors and adults with disabilities who require assistance and stimulation outside of their home environment. Our team of highly trained and compassionate professionals is dedicated to creating a safe and engaging space where individuals can thrive. From therapeutic activities to socialization opportunities, we ensure that every participant receives tailored care to meet their unique needs.
