Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive, compassionate support to elderly residents
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Ensure residents' comfort and well-being at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in geriatric care or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Empathy and compassion for elderly individuals
  • Detail-oriented with excellent observation skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Certification or degree in a relevant healthcare field is preferred
