Working closely with our skilled nursing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the condition of patients and developing personalized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs and symptoms
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

To qualify for the Licensed Practical Nurse position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of geriatric and aging care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
