About the Licensed Therapist Position

As a Licensed Therapist at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing personalized therapy programs for our residents. You will have the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care and improve residents' overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments
  • Implement therapy interventions to enhance residents' functional abilities
  • Document and evaluate residents' progress
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Valid state license as a therapist
  • Experience in working with geriatric population is highly preferred
