As a caregiver at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, administering medications, and monitoring their overall well-being. Your Role as a Caregiver

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents

  • Managing medication schedules and administration
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records

Requirements for the Caregiver Position

To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy towards the elderly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Valid certification in first aid and CPR
