As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their overall well-being. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
  • Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Assist in the coordination of resident care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the needs of residents.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nurse.

Requirements

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassion and empathy for the elderly.
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
