Job Description

As a Behavior Technician at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to our geriatric and aging patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to implement behavioral therapy plans and interventions designed to improve the quality of life for our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and documenting patient behaviors
  • Assisting in the development of individualized behavioral support plans
  • Implementing behavior management strategies
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to patients and their families

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Behavior Technician, candidates must meet the following requirements:
