- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Teaching and modelling appropriate social and communication skills
- Participating in team meetings and providing input on treatment progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience working with children, preferably those with autism
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Are patient, compassionate, and understanding
- Are able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Are comfortable with data collection and basic computer skills
- Have the ability to adapt to different environments and handle challenging behaviors
