Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working with children, preferably those with autism
• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Are patient, compassionate, and understanding
• Are able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Are comfortable with data collection and basic computer skills
• Have the ability to adapt to different environments and handle challenging behaviors
