The Role of a Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and medication administration. You will also be responsible for monitoring their health and providing emotional support.

We value individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is important that you have a genuine passion for working with seniors and are committed to providing high-quality care. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications are preferred, but not required.
