Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Valid nursing license in the state of Tennessee
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
