We are currently seeking a Program Services Community Outreach Associate who shares our passion for enriching the lives of seniors. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the local community and beyond.

Responsibilities

As a Program Services Community Outreach Associate at Kimwell Nursing Home, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing community outreach programs to promote the well-being of seniors
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and healthcare professionals
  • Organizing and participating in educational events, workshops, and support groups for seniors and their families
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content to raise awareness about our services
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in geriatric and aging care

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in community outreach or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and compassion for the aging population
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of local resources and support services for seniors
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
