Job Responsibilities

As a Dietary and Food Cook at Kimwell Nursing Home, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and residents' specific dietary needs
  • Ensuring meals are visually appealing, flavorful, and meet all quality standards
  • Collaborating with the dietary team to plan weekly menus and accommodate special dietary requests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Monitoring food inventory and placing orders as needed
