As a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist at Kimwell Nursing Home, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patients' physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans.

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
  3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation techniques.
