We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our facility in Morgantown, WV, US. As a Registered Nurse at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to their overall well-being and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the healthcare needs of residents and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' progress
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Providing support and guidance to nursing assistants
  • Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment
  • Supporting residents and their families through the aging process

Qualifications

To be eligible for the Registered Nurse position, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of West Virginia
  • Experience in geriatric or long-term care
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
