Role and Responsibilities

- Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance

Qualifications
To qualify for the Case Management Supervisor position, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field, required

- Strong knowledge of care coordination principles, geriatric care practices, and relevant regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families

- Current and unrestricted registered nursing (RN) license in the state of Georgia
