Responsibilities

As a Case Manager at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our foster care residents receive the highest quality of care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or related field
  • Prior experience in case management, particularly in foster care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
