Job Description

As a Registered Nurse Director at Kimwell Nursing Home in Nashville, TN, US, you will play a crucial leadership role in our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, creating and implementing effective care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, coordinating medical treatments, and developing comprehensive care strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in staff management, mentoring and providing guidance to the nursing team, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Knowledge of geriatric and aging care best practices
