Your Role as a Positive Support Analyst

As a Positive Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be put to use as you:

  • Provide personalized support and care plans for residents
  • Assess and evaluate residents' needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Respond to resident and family inquiries, providing timely and informative responses
  • Monitor and analyze resident feedback to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the geriatric care or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and support to aging individuals
