Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals in our care.

Your Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Kimwell Nursing Home, you will be responsible for conducting functional assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support individuals with behavioral challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Board Certification: Candidates must possess a valid Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience: Previous experience working with geriatric populations and individuals with dementia or related cognitive impairments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention strategies is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the care team, residents, and families.
